Jim Cole, a retired Supervisory Special Agent with 35 years of government and law enforcement experience, is widely known for his involvement in combating crimes against children. He chaired the INTERPOL Specialists Group on Crimes Against Children and founded the HSI Victim Identification Program, rescuing numerous children worldwide.

Jim currently serves as Chief of Law Enforcement Enterprise & Technology at Operation Light Shine and is a Founding Partner in Onemi-Global Solutions. His expertise lies in victim identification, digital forensics, and supporting the child exploitation community.
